Solving MAGDM problems based on a two-phase technique with HFNs

چکیده :

Decision-making in uncertain environments and complexities governing the decision-making environment has become one of the most important research areas. Today, various tools, such as hesitant fuzzy numbers, have been presented for mathematical modelling of non-deterministic data according to the source of uncertainty. On the other hand, considering the acceptability of group decisions, managers try to get the most benefit from the advice of experts. In this article, two popular methods, TOPSIS and Choquet integral, have been updated for use with hesitant fuzzy numbers, and their new formats have been used to aggregate the opinions of different experts and solve the multi-attribute group decision-making problem. Then we have solved a practical numerical example with the newly introduced method.
