1. After your full paper is accepted, you will receive the notification of acceptance including the registration form and registration guideline. It is required for all the participants to pay the registration fee before the conference day.

1 USD ≈ 260,000 IRR

2. The intelligent systems scientific society members and fuzzy systems society members are waived from 40% of the registration fee.
3. The mentioned conference fee is for the first submitted paper, the next paper(s) (second, third, …) fee will be 1,000,000 IRR per paper.
4. The conference secretariat avoids publishing the papers for which the author(s) did not pay the registration fee.
5. The workshops fee is not included in the registration fee.
6. The conference fee covers participation in the technical sessions, administration, documentation, and publication fee (for author registration only).
